Our Team
Founder & Principal Consultant
Founder & Principal, Elevate 625, LLC Robert "Mike" Rogers is a visionary leader and enterprise builder with over 20 years of experience driving high-stakes operations and strategic growth in New Mexico’s technology and defense sectors. Most recently, Mike served as the Commander of the 150th Special Operations Wing at Kirtland Air Force Base, where he led over 700 personnel and managed a fleet of specialized aircraft, including HC-130J, CV-22, and HH-60G. During his command, he was recognized for his "servant leadership" and his ability to mentor the next generation of leaders while executing complex federal and state missions. As the founder of Elevate 625, LLC, Mike now applies his extensive leadership expertise to building New Mexico's commercial and tech ecosystem. He specializes in identifying high-value opportunities and devising creative solutions to bridge the gap between advanced technology and market needs. His commitment to the local community is further evidenced by his role as the New Mexico Chapter Lead for VetsinTech, where he works to integrate veterans into the state’s thriving tech workforce through mentorship and networking. A retired Colonel with a background in aerospace engineering and international relations, Mike is dedicated to shaping a prosperous economic future for New Mexico by doing the "hard things others can't do"
